Lior brings 18 years of experience in the energy-based medical device industry with operational, logistic, financial and sales expertise. Out of which 9 years of experience in the growing Asian Market. Lior holds a BA in Economics & Logistics from Bar Ilan University (cum laude) and an MBA, Economics Major from University of Manchester

Eyal Ben David

EVP Global Sales & Marketing

Eyal brings 11 years of experience in various sales domains including territory management and sales channels development.
Eyal holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering and MBA from Ben-Gurion University.

Alex Britva, PhD

Chief technology officer

Alex brings 40 years of experience in laser , RF and ultrasound technologies. Alex is the author of more than 30 scientific articles and more than 10 patents. Alex holds an MSc and PhD from Electro-Technical Institute, Novosibirsk Russia.

Keith Adams

President, Alma Inc.

Keith joined Alma in 2018 and is responsible for the North American commercial operations for the company. Prior to joining Alma, Keith served in leadership roles for high-performing sales organizations in such medical aesthetic companies as Cynosure, now a Hologic Company, and most recently at Cutera, Inc., where revenues grew from $30.4M to 88.3M in under three years.

Avi Farbstein

Alma Lasers North America Chief Technology & Strategy Officer

Avi brings more than 35 years of experience in the medical and aesthetic device industry, beginning with research and development of one of the first lasers introduced to the surgical field. Avi holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Tel Aviv University.

Chief Finance Officer

Doron brings over 20 years of financial management experience in public and private companies and in various industries including software, communications and construction. Doron holds a BA in Accounting, Economics & Labor Science from Tel Aviv University and is a certified public accountant in Israel.
